I'm requesting that Soundcloud refund me for the ~8 months of fraudulent $5 charges it has been making to my account. I unsubscribed from Soundcloud Go early on in the year and have STILL been receiving monthly charges. I have checked multiple times that I am unsubscribed on the website, the App, and through iOS. I also have tried multiple times to reach a Soundcloud representative via email and phone, but have been unable to get in contact with anybody. I need these incorrect charges to be discontinued in the future and I need a ~$45 refund for all the charges that have illegally taken money out of my bank account. I am very disappointed and upset with Soundcloud's lack of contactability and will not be using its services once this refund has been completed.
