How to end non-existent subscription being billed for

I have a SC account but no subscription active, yet I'm being billed every month 6 EUR (since 1,5 years now), and I have yet to succeed in ending this billing.

Please help me understand how I should be able to end a subscription that does not exist?

I'm feeling so confused and angry.

It seems to be a current occurance this many people are in same position soundcloud ripping people off

I've double checked both accounts and neither of them has ever been on a subscription. Thus, chances are the subscription is going to a different SoundCloud account.

If you're not aware if another account, please reach out to our subscriptions team via the Help Center and provide the transaction ID so they can start investigating right away.
