I have paid for a subscription but it will not upgrade on my iPhone

I paid to restore my subscription yesterday and I am still unable to use any of the features. When I click "restore subscription" it says that it is unable and when I click "Upgrade to SoundCloud Go" it says that I am already subscribed? I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling, closing the app and trying again, logging out and logging back in, none of them have worked. Very frustrating

i'm having the same issue. good luck, I'm going on 4 days with no soloution. I really love SoundCloud but they are really lacking in customer service right now
