I’ve been paying for go+ for the last 4 months and haven’t been able to use it

I have bank statements saying 15$ Canadian has been taken out of my account for the past 4 months and I haven’t been able to use the go+ features. I had SoundCloud go+ for a while then I had to get a new card and I thought my account got canceled because it wouldn’t let me save songs offline or listen to any go+ songs. Today I went to subscribe again and noticed that it had been charging me for the past 4 months I would like a full refund for the 60$ or 4 months of sound cloud go+ free I have the bank statements screenshots and everything I love this app and will still use it after this is all resolved
