Hi, my name is Timothé
I found out this morning that I am paying for 2 abonnements since months.
The fact is that I use only one account, so I cancel one of them this morning, but i have no idea why this happened.
I tried to reach customer service but there is not service anymore
Do you have any idea to have a refund when I payed twice a month???
