Pro subscription cannot be updated on the phone

Hi,

i have prolonged my Go+ subscription, its active on desktop, but not on the phone. An error message is popping up.

Hi there,

Hmm, does this issue persist? What exactly does the error message say? Have you tried deleting the app, restarting the phone, then downloading the app again? Maybe this will help sorting out any glitches?

the same thing is happening to me. The app has the orange symbol next to my name and as the spotlight activated, but when I press save offline, it redirects me to the purchase screen. I've restarted my phone, deleted the app and signed out aswell
