Problem Signing Up for Pro version

I signed up for a Pro subscription and entered my credit card. I didn't get a confirmation or an email with a receipt. Your website shows I have that subscription, but we are having some access problems. Could you check it out?

Please all SoundCloud User stay. Little Clam , 'my Account is now since 2006 active , I am use now pro account and SoundCloud send all mons , per email ty for pay pro please look all into your spam email

I also just I signed up for a Pro subscription and entered my credit card. I didn't get a confirmation or an email with a receipt. When trying to reorder subscription your website says I already have Pro. But when accessing https://soundcloud.com/you/subscriptions it says I don't. Did my order go through and if so, can I have a receipt and activation?
