So the problem is,
Yesterday, I bought for myself the SoundCloud Pro plan with the intention of monetizing my music. However, as I was checking my mail after I was done with the buying, I saw that I had copyright strikes from last year, thus leading to me go to my subscription to remove the SoundCloud Pro plan. I've read that it would refund me automatically as long as it's in the period of 30 days. However, I didn't receive anything back after I cancelled my plan. My question is, am I missing something out? Because what the website says is "If you're within the 30 days money back period after your first purchase, a refund will be processed automatically. ", so I am very confused, please fill me in. Thank you
