What a terrible help center, for real. I can't even get any answers and solve my issue.

I did not want my subscription to renew because of several reasons. I didn't want to pay for it, but it charged off automatically from my credit card. I've canceled the subscription less than 2-3 hours after paying for it. I need refund. I don't care about Soundcloud Go policy. You guys did not remind me and charged my money without my permission. Just refund my money back. I can attach the payment details and transactions ID if you need it.
