Hello,

I have been struggling to resubscribe for months now.
My last subscription was done from a friends account, an automated debit was done at the expiration of previous subscription. She requested for a refund.
I have since been unable to renew subscription, Using same account and other accounts.

All recommendations from your support team have been followed with no resolution.

Please treat as extremely urgent!
