You guys are really driving me crazy now. EVERY month I get emails from you saying my payment hasn't gone through. THIS IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN OLD CARD ON MY ACCOUNT AND WHEN I TRY AND ADD A DIFFERENT CARD IT DOESN'T LET ME!!!!! And I can't even see how to pay by paypal. Why do I have to go through this every month!!!! Please advise me whether my subscription payment is up to date or if not - how I can pay you - can it really be so difficult for me to give you my money?!

have you tried canceling your subscription and then re subscribing on your new card

Wow - that sounds really frustrating.
Have you tried contacting the support team?
When it comes to payments and things of that nature, that seriously might be the best route.
Thanks - yes I have but their emails all 'no reply' and there seems to be no contact info on the site - by email, phone or anything else
