Subscription purchased by accident

Soundcloud GO+ was renewed by accident. Since I did not want to use any Soundcloud GO subscription I forgot to cancel it. And It has been charged from my credit card through PayPal automatically without my permission. I did not want to pay for it. I want to get Soundcloud Pro not Soundcloud GO.

How can I contact to payment team to solve this issue? I understand you guys are busy a lot. But it seems like your Support team does not work. Or you are deceiving and not being honest with your customers.

Hi @vhstokyo,

I've looked into this for you & coordinated a refund to be issued as a one time exception given the renewal was so recent. Note that it can take your bank up to 5 business days to process this refund. In order to upgrade to Pro, you can go here: https://soundcloud.com/pro
