Upgraded to Pro Unlimited | Still waiting for... anything

Hi,

I'm (still) a Pro yearly subscriber but several hours ago i upgraded to Pro Unlimited Yearly with no problems, completing the Paypal payment, i was billed but... nothing happened. Still a Pro subscriber. A couple hours ago i e-mailed support describing the problem but despite the service mentions priority feedback to Pro subscribers I'm still waiting for feedback, in fact, I didn't even get a confirmation message and/or e-mail so i don't even know if my problem was properly reported by the system. Not looking good can i get some sort of help?
