Upgrading but was JUST charged today!

I have been trying to contact customer service all day, no luck. However, I was trying to contact Soundcloud about not having my autopay for my mothly $6 Pro account... reason why is i was considering upgrading today to pro unlimited. BUT, later today i was chargded another 6$ So my question is can we reverse that $6 dollar payment from today and instead i will pay annual pro unlimited cost. ????

Thanks for reaching out. Only yearly payed subscriptions will automatically calculate a prorated pricing for when you upgrade, this is not the case for monthly payed subscriptions. Thus, I recommend you reach out to our payments team directly about this to see if there is an alternate option.
