I would like a refund on my autorenewed Pro subscription, I was under the impression that I disabled this feature last year, yet I got an e-mail that I was charged, with no recourse to contact or refute. I have contacted Transactions@soundcloud and they responded that they are no longer active and I need to submit a ticket, but the location of "submit a ticket" is nowhere to be found and that was the only e-mail I could find. The e-mail said that the button is at the top of all the Help Center pages, but I can't find it anywhere.
I am not interested in conducting financial business in public or via twitter, how do I contact customer service?
I am very disappointed in this entire experience and I have been a customer for a long time. Now I would like a refund.
