Why do I not have a subscription if I paid you?

I paid for SoundCloud go and the payment went in on January 1. Now on January 8 my account is saying I'm not enrolled. I'd love to talk to someone at SoundCloud about this but their "direct help center" is just a bunch of useless questions with no actual contact information. Anyone know who I would actually talk to to either get my subscription or get my money back?
