yearly pro plan purchased on accident!

I accidentally purchased a yearly Pro plan instead of a monthly pro plan and was charged $72.00. I did not want a yearly plan. How do i cancel this and get a refund. I am well within the 30 day money back guarantee. I checked the subscriptions page and with no luck. There is not an option to cancel this all together. Please help! i need that money back .

This type of issue is usually best handled via the contact form on our Help Center. However, I was able to coordinate with our subscriptions team already and a refund is on the way. Please note that it can take your bank up to 5 business days to process the refund.

Also, I noticed that you have uploaded more than 360 min. of content. 360 min is currently the total quota for Pro accounts. In order to make sure all of your tracks are showing (some are currently hidden), please consider upgrading to Pro Unlimited. This and more features are outlined on https://soundcloud.com/pro
