This type of issue is usually best handled via the contact form on our Help Center. However, I was able to coordinate with our subscriptions team already and a refund is on the way. Please note that it can take your bank up to 5 business days to process the refund.
Also, I noticed that you have uploaded more than 360 min. of content. 360 min is currently the total quota for Pro accounts.
