Yearly subscription renewal failed

I'm posting this question with respect to my expired year plan. By the time the renewal took place, I was travelling and didn't manage to update my card details so as the payment can go through. Is it possible to do the renewal now, benefiting from your continuation scheme? I am a long term customer of the service and it would be such a pity to discontinue my subscription.
