So, I have this RR.Ruutikallo account which is fine and I have several tracks uploaded.
But it´s email is no longer in my use.
And I have accidentally created a new profile with my email but I don´t want/need that account and now I can´t add another email(which is used in another acco) to my RR.Ruutikallo acco.
Is there a way how to proceed? I quess I need to delete the another acco which is ok, how can I add this email in my RR.Ruutikallo acco?

Wow, long story and poorly explained ´cuz my lack of English. Sorry bout that.
Hope you understand something and please ask further questions if needed.

Hey there,

Hmm, let's see. First things first - I would recommend to clarify how many accounts you have, and which email account each email address has to ensure you don't accidentally delete the wrong account.

  1. Use a private browser window on a computer do all of the following. Between checking each account, restart your browser to ensure cache & cookies don't come in our way.
  2. Use the ending of the URL for each account to log in as outlined in this article on the Help Center, rather than using your email address and password.
  3. Go to https://soundcloud.com/settings to clarify which email address is registered to each account.
Once you have clarified this, you can do ahead and sign in to the account that you want to get rid of and delete it.

For the account with an email address that is no longer in use, see if the info in this article helps: https://help.soundcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003566368
If not, reach out to the Account Access team here for further assistance.

Hope all goes well!

+ I have this soundcloud app in my phone logged in with another email & name.
I´d want to delete that acco but can´t find where to do it.
