Account deleted/disappeared

my friend has been logged out of her account, which has been frozen or deleted on soundcloud for no reason. She does not post her own tracks instead it is the sole platform she uses to explore new music and would be gutted if she looses her hundreds of likes/reposts.
Her username is: soundcloud.com/dxllparts
Shes not able to create a new account that is why I am writing this on her behalf. She has already filled in a ticket but it’s been 4 days and no one has got back to her...
Was wondering what the reason is for this and how it can be fixed.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry about the troubles with this. It looks like the account was already unfrozen by our Trust & Safety team, so your friend should be up and running again.
