Account was taken down Jan, 6 2016. Due to a fraudulent mistake made by the bank. I've been emailing consisting of all the information needed to get back but no response as to what is next. It's been over 6 days days and still the issue isn't resolved. I'm constantly sharing this to people because I am clueless what to do next. I've done everything asked for but nothing has been resolved. If anyone knows what to do next, please enlighten me. Why is it taking customer service or trust email so long to respond to me. Thank you for your help.
