Airplay doesn't work from a mac

For the past year or so I haven't been able to play Soundcloud from my MacBook while using my airplay speakers. I have reported this problem about 5 times on twitter and have been ignored every time.

Every other website i've ever been on works with my airplay speakers except for Soundcloud (nothing extra is required to make it work) - so whatever they've done to try and be fancy has broken it.

How do I get them to fix it?

Extra information:
- Airplay works fine from my iPhone using the app
- I only use Apple's Safari browser

So it turns out the problem is caused by a third party audio driver - either "rogue amoeba's (airfoil, audio hijack, loopback, nicecast) instant on" OR "boom (volume booster, 3d)"

To fix the problem go to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/ and delete the non apple drivers - and then restart your mac.
