Copyright of my own music

Hello!

My band, "Matilda" has an album, "Patuá", and all the songs included in this album are our property. However, if we try to upload the tracks, soundcloud's system refuses to keep them online. The system's allegation says that the songs are protected by copyrights and the owner is "Matilda". It makes no sense, since the owner is "Matilda" and the profile that had the request denied is the profile of matilda itself. I claimed the copyrights at the indicated page, but we're in a hurry to have all the tracks online.
Could you help us with this urgency?
thanks!

You need to contact your digital distributor to make sure your SoundCloud account gets whitelisted. I'm guessing this is self-released since "Matilda", not another label name, is being given as the copyright owner.
Also, can you link your SoundCloud profile here. There's a lot of Matilda's , including this one which looks like it's been set up by a label for monetizing a back-catalog and the artist might not be aware of it: https://soundcloud.com/matilda97557
There's this one: https://soundcloud.com/matildaandersson
It's possible that a different Matilda account is being seen your official one, so the correct one needs whitelisting.
