I Can't Access My Account

Every time I try to sign into my account using my Google login method as usual, I get an error. I'm also not able to see my public profile AT ALL. It's like all of my songs got deleted along with my account.

I keep getting the error message

"We can’t find that user.
A report has been sent to our tech team,
and they’re looking into the problem.
Please check back in a bit."

Please help me, it's been 5 days since I've been getting this error. It made me become signed out on all of my devices, including on the Pulse app. My username/link is
