...and the topic in the help center leads to a non-existent page. I just reviewed my credit card statement and it contains two 99€ payments at 2019-03-11. I remember I got a "technical error" page during payment. This has lead to the payment having been executed twice. Can you please transfer the second 99€ back to the credit card. Thank you.
