Not receiving confirmation email

I'm not getting a confirmation email sent to my primary email account. Can you help with this?

Hi there,

Sorry about the troubles. I've looked into this for you now and was able to confirm your address manually. However, please note that our system was showing an error message when it tried to deliver the confirmation email.

Thus, for future reference, can you please check if there is an email from us in your spam folder? Also, can you check if adding to your address book in your email settings helps?

If this doesn’t help, could you check if your email server is blocking our emails?

Thanks, working now . Added "" to my Yahoo Mail address book. No email form you in my spam folder.
