I got no email telling me that my auto renewal was coming up and had no intention to renew. It seems highly unethical. I was charged today and would like a refund. Please help.

Just to close this off despite the delay in responding - I noticed someone from the subscriptions team has already assisted you via an email ticket, which is the most efficient way to go with this type of queries.
