Why is p*rn allowed to be spread even when reported?

Hi
I know managing as big a site as this is demanding, but I have reported a profile that started following my son's profile as soon as he joined.
The background picture is a closeup of female genitals and links for porn.
I have reported this in both the report function and a separate support ticket. No response and the p*rn profile is there still.
I've been in here for several years now and never seen anything like this. The response time is too slow.
If this isn't fixed I lose all hope in Soundcloud as a platform.
Disturbing and sad.

Hi there,

Thanks for reporting this. We share your concerns and have removed this spam account, along with many similar accounts, so it should no longer be showing.

For future reference, you can report an account for spam on-site with our Report Spam feature. Reporting an account for spam, will send us an automatic report, block the user and remove any activity they’ve made on your account. Please note that you must be on a computer (or using the Pulse app) to use this feature, but we are working to bring this to our listener apps.

Our Trust and Safety Team is working hard to deal with tackling spam, but it’s a hard fight on a platform as large as ours, so your patience and understanding is very much appreciated. Rest assured that we take this issue seriously and are striving to keep SoundCloud a safe place for everyone.

Hope that helps!

Thanks again,
Navid

Hi, Navid.
Thanks for your reply.
I understand it is hard to keep watch on everything.

I used both the report spam and a support ticket, because I felt so distressed.

Keep up your good work.
