Others have attempted to report this and are met with an automated request for details and a FAKE "ANSWERED" label. I cannot overstate the fact that this can cause hearing and headphone damage and the level to which you disregard those affected should be illegal. I'm putting this in "trust and safety" because there is no place to report audio (yes, AUDIO) issues. Every page of your troubleshooting tree has less than 1/10th of users saying it was helpful. I assume this is to prevent you from having to actually do anything.
Do you just not care?
I hope you fix it or get sued.
