"You can only have 1 active account" issue

Hello guys, i have recently encounted an issue where it says "You can only have 1 active account" whiched puzzled me because im sure that only my phone is logged in soundcloud and i have no other devices (pc, laptop or other phone). I am also very sure that i am the only one that knows my account, is my account being used by some other person that i dont know of? or is this an error because it wont load and keep saying "you can only have 1 active account. Should i be worried about it?
