Applying to Soundcloud Premier with a copyright claim

I recently got soundcloud unlimited Pro, and the main reason i got it was because of soundcloud premier, with in mind that i had a copyright from more than 2 years ago i thought it would be no problem. But thats not the case.
So my question is, can i remove that copyrights that was from long ago, and apply to soundcloud premier, or should i refund/cancel the try out period of the soundcloud pro unlimited?
Edit: will my account ever be valid to soundcloud premier?

Hi there,

Copyright strikes expire after 1 year, so this is not keeping you from joining Premier. Please see all requirements in the Creator Guide, in the "Monetizing tracks" section.

Ah, P.S.: It looks like this was your first time upgrading your account, so the 30 days money back guarantee applies in your case. If you decide you'd rather cancel, please see here for more info:
