Copyright Dispute Incorrectly Refused By Soundcloud

I attempted to upload my own track, to which I along with the other writers, own the full rights to, only to receive a message from Soundcloud stating that it had been taken down due to copyright issues. They cited a 3rd party non-exclusive short term compilation license from around 1999 as the reason for this.

I responded explaining that we own the full rights and my dispute was rejected immediately!!

I have contractual proof of full ownership but Soundcloud in their wisdom have decided that they will still block the track! This track is currently on global release on my own label so this beggars belief!

I am absolutely incensed at this farcical treatment!!

Please can someone tell me how I take this further?

Thanks in advance
