I just uploaded a remix privately to test on other systems. It was taken down immediately for containing "Unspecified" by "Unspecified", in whole or in part.
Well the remix does not contain any sample or section of a track called Unspecified - Unspecified.
I disputed it due to the fact that it's not recognizing anything correctly, yet my dispute was rejected.
If this is a legal claim Soundcloud is making, how is this legal at all? How can you reject a paid customer to use your service because your algorithm doesn't function properly? You are lawfully accusing me of an action that did not happen.
I'd like answers please.
