For 2 weeks now, the playlists are not being created when loading multiple the tracks. How can this be fixed?

I do weekly updates and create playlists for my users to use for our weekly report. This has never been a problem in the past. What has changed in the last few weeks that is forcing us to reload tracks and create a playlist after the fact? How can this be corrected? Doing it this way is taking a lot of extra time. The time spent loading and reloading in excess like this is creating a deteriorating experience for my staff and soon your and my users.

Sorry to hear this. Not sure if I'm understanding the issue correctly though - are you saying that you're on the upload page, you've ticked the box to create a playlist from the tracks you're uploading, but still - no playlist is created afterwards?
