I have a Pro account, but suddenly I can't replace files?

For years I've been able to go into `edit' on an existing track and replace the file, and now all of a sudden the `replace file' button is grey and I can't do it? My subscription has not expired, I have no idea what the problem is. I have some new versions of tracks which I need to upload. Is anybody else having this difficulty?

I've been using SoundCloud for years, and all of a sudden--within the last hour or so--I'm not able to edit individual tracks.

EDIT: I just checked SoundCloud again, and now the edit option is back....? But a file that I had uploaded an hour ago and set to private was now set to public 😠
I still can't replace files
I am a Pro subscriber and am having the same problem (it's grayed out). There seems to be no way to get SoundCloud to address this issue. They don't respond to e-mail or allow the creation of a help ticket. Perhaps they will respond to Twitter?
I have the same problem.
I am not going to renew my subscription, because this is the only feature that is worth to pay.

Sorry Soundcloud, but your service is getting worst. 😞
Hey guys has this been resolved for anyone?
We had same problem and FOUND THE SOLUTION without soundcloud help because they never answer ...

>>>> it was email confirmation problem !!! 😱

checkout your PRIMARY email, must be valid and confirmed ( as PRIMARY email )
