IMAGE UPLOAD PROBEMS


HI

I ATTEMPTED TO UPLOAD A NEW TRACK COVER YESTERDAY, BUT IT'S NOT SHOWING WHEN PLAYING THROUGH CELL PHONE. IN A CERTAIN INSTANCES, I WILL SEE THE NEWLY UPLOADED IMAGE (VIA COMPUTER, THROUGH THE PRE-PASSWORD UNLOCK VIA IPHONE, VIA "LIKED TRACK" SECTION UNDER COLLECTION), HOWEVER, I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE IT WHEN FIRST FOLLOWING THE LINK VIA IPHONE FROM AN INSTAGRAM TO SOUNDCLOUD MOBILE. I HAVE WENT OVER ALL STEPS IN THE SOUNDCLOUD HELP CENTER. PLEASE HELP AS THIS IS EXTREMELY URGENT AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED BY BY TOMORROW. THANKS!

Hi there Goode,

It sounds like your phone might have cached your old image. Quickest way to deal with this is to delete the app, restart your phone, then download it again from the App Store / Google Play Store.
