Lost a track due to upload times, bought Pro and track is still grayed out.

I recently started a podcast and didn't understand that the three hour limit on a free account was total and not per file. Since our podcast episodes run about 45 minutes each, we hit that cap pretty fast. So, our first episode got grayed out as we uploaded our newest episode since it was the oldest track and we went over our three hour cap.

Not a big deal, we purchased a Pro membership. However, after buying the Pro membership the track is still grayed out and unavailable. As you can imagine this is not ideal as we're a new podcast and our first episode is AWOL. Does the membership need time to refresh to unlock the track? Is it gone forever?
