Hey there Gina, I was facing a similar problem earlier with my older sounds not showing due to a new upload (which I had deleted other private sounds to make space for), so i went and did a monthly pro plan upgrade but nothing has changed on my account as of yet. No change to the stats page and the subscriptions page still says i'm a Free user... Hoping you can help me out here. thanks for your time

All my sounds was gone when I uploaded this one sound that is about 2 hours long and it said that my upload time is finished. Are the rest of my sounds going to return once I got my upload time again??

I found a good workaround for this issue for those in need. Just switch to the classic uploader & it should have the correct time quota. Hope this helps others!

and its not true

I have the Pro Plan giving me 6 hours which is 360 minutes. I have used 315 minutes approx but it is saying I'm over my limit by 14 minutes. I don't understand. Equally I can't risk deleting tracks.

Please Help!!
