My older tracks are hidden although I have upload time left


I recently uploaded a new sound. As it had trouble processing when I uploaded it the first time, I uploaded it a second time and deleted the first upload. However, the first upload was not deleted and therefore I had exceeded my upload time. Because of this all my tracks besides the latest upload were then hidden. I went to my hidden tracks and deleted the faulty upload so that I would have free upload time again. Now I should have 1 h of upload time left which is enough for my 6 remaining tracks to be visible. However, it says that i have only 30 minutes left and all of the six tracks remain hidden. How can I fix this problem?

I found a good workaround for this issue for those in need. Just switch to the classic uploader & it should have the correct time quota. Hope this helps others!

My account says that I have 136 minutes left, but I have 2 hidden tracks which total 46 minutes together. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be the case, because I don't find any documentation on how hidden tracks are supposed to work other than in this huge forum. Would someone please take a look at https://soundcloud.com/thatbettina ? I'd rather delete the new uploads to unhide my old tracks, but it seems like that could be tricky since users can't decide which tracks are hidden and which ones not? Thanks for your help in advance!

Same issue. Uploaded 9 tracks. Ran out of space. Deleted 4 to make more room. They don't show up any more, but are still "counting" against my minutes left, as that number hasn't changed. The deleted tracks also still show up in a feed we send to our mobile app. No clue how to fix this. Anyone know?
