Our songs uploaded to the wrong artist account?

Hi all -

Not sure what happened here, but two of our latest releases were automatically uploaded to a second profile. Not sure if it was our distributor that did it or not (waiting to trace that down) but I thought I'd ask here first. Has anyone else had issues with this? The two tracks are uploaded to another artist profile, which makes it impossible for me to upload the tracks to our official account. Here's the example:

I think this was automatically done when we digitally synced these two singles. Not sure if there's a way I can "claim" these two tracks and move them to our official artist profile?
