Problem for change the credit card - URGENT

I received a message that my account payment was not a processor, so I tried the following:

I'm trying to change the credit card that is registered in my account. But when I insert the new card, nothing happens, no error message or something of the genre appears. I've tried with 3 different browsers and tried it on another computer too.

I'm afraid my tracks will be excluded if the deadline or something of the genre ends.

I need urgent help.
Awaiting return.
