I posted a track recently, a track which I own all of the rights to, and It was apparently copy right infringement. I literally showed them proof on my dispute and they rejected it. Theres also literally no explanation as to why and I can't file another one. Now all of the time I spent building up my weekly listen count is down the drain and I won't have any hope of receiving payments. Their service is so terrible that I can't even resolve it. They have a customer service number that is out of order and their messaging service is trash. The platform is trash tbh pull out now if your considering joining.
