There seems to be a connection problem

Everytime I try and refresh\update my playlist it relays "there seems to be a connection problem, please try again soon". However, I either have a secure WiFi connection or am connected to my service provide 4G network. This has been going on for weeks--what is the best resolution? I have tried uninstalling\installing the app, clearing cache, etc.

What else is there?
