Unable to upload a recorded file

Dear Support Team, We've recorded a file yesterday morning (2015.11.10.) from 10.01-10:52 CET. The account name is 'SEFORIS Interviewer'. The uploading of the file is still in progress since yesterday (more than 24 hours; we didn’t even shut down the computer for the night...) , the current status is 3,67 MB is uploaded from the 128 MB. I don’t know what is the problem, and we don’t even dare to press a button, because we afraid to lose the recording... Could you please help us with this issue? Thank you in advance
