Is there something that can be done to kick it into gear. If there is something I can do I'll gladly do it but my guess is that it is on the Soundcloud side. I cannot reupload as it is a live recording using the Soundcloud mobile app. I've looked through the help forum but haven't been able to find a solution I can attempt.

I'm sorry but it looks like the audio file never actually made it to our servers. I believe you're referring to "Sounds from Friday morning 2". Please see here
for more info on processing and try to upload your track again (hoping you have a backup copy).
