My account has been with problem 24 hours ago!!
I'm pro but I can't finish the upload because it's been in processing...
And I can't find a way to get support!!!!!!!!

It seems browser related. I couldn't upload on Chrome (I am on a Mac) - but once I switched to Safari and tried again it worked. s

Doesn't seem to be working for me, still stuck in processing using safari on a mac.

It ain't related to your account. Major outage, no tracks are being processed right now. It's been going on for at least 15 hours now.

On every browser the same sh**! I found out yesterday noon that it isn't working anymore.

I dont know, because I try to upload in my other account , free, and its work ok!
But dont work on Pro account!!

My "Discover" page is broken as well. Completely empty.
Yep, same here. No one to contact except the community. It's getting very annoying! No official response from SoundCloud!

Yeah, around the same time I noticed it. Was hoping switching browsers would work for most of you, but sadly no.

Is your start page also blank? I have another account that I manage where I can still upload files and the start page is working, so I guess some accounts are broken. And SC staff enjoys the weekend.

I don't have a pro account.
Just now I figured out that it works with the newest firefox version on mac, the newest chrome and safari still don't work, but only with this one account, on the other it works just fine.
So it works now for me when using the newest firefox version, but cost me hours of trying and reading and the SC support still hasn't done anything or posted a update, this is really sad.
I'm in the same trouble... on a free account.

In my case, it was not fixed with switching browsers (tried with Safari, Chrome and Firefox on MacOS).
Funny why i paid for Pro unlimited but the free accounts are working and not mine. They got to come up with some kind of compensation that are suffering from this issue the past 48 hours
same problem here my homepage/discover page doesn't work and i've done everything that you can do to make sure it starts proccessing the tracks but nothing works. it is a free account i've posted this on multiple forms please help. it has been more than a day.

it has been more than a day can we please get a way to fix this.
Now, my track, which uploaded yesterday, has been processed... In order to check if the issue is fixed, I posted another track. but... the procedure page is still showing "We are processing your track for playback…" more than 10 minutes...
