We have trouble about our SoundCloud account.
In two months, we totally uploaded 7.30 hours video and averagely uploaded 1 hour video per week. We used Pro Plan for these two months. Firstly we uploaded our first video, when we did not have Pro Account. This video does not seem in our account now.
Although you billed us two invoices and paid them (by the way you promised 6 hours for each month to us according to plan) and we have not reached this limit yet, why we see only 20 minutes as remaning, and why our first video cannot be reached?

Sorry for the confusion. Each plan comes with a specific amount of minutes and there isn't an option to add extra upload minutes to your quota. The Pro subscription comes with a total of 360 minutes (6 hours) of upload time.
If you need more space for your uploads, you can delete tracks on your profile or upgrade to the next Premium level (Pro Unlimited): https://soundcloud.com/pro/
If you have a monthly membership, when you upgrade to a Pro Unlimited plan, this will automatically override your current Pro membership. This is why we recommend that you upgrade right before you are billed for your next month of subscription so that you can take advantage of your full month of membership. You will then be charged every 30 days for the price of your new upgraded account.
Hope that helps explain things a bit more.
