What's the policy when submitting a support ticket: confirmation mail or not?

Hi there 🙂,

I've submitted a support ticket because a lot of our tracks are not showing up (and no it's not a copyright issue). I am so used of getting automated "received ticket" confirmations, that I wonder if it's correct that I didn't get one this time. Anyone knows the policy regarding this? Am I supposed to get an automated "received ticket" e-mail or not?
