Who Can Upload Soundcloud Go Tracks??

Basically just what the title says. Who can upload Soundcloud Go (+) tracks? I have seen non-Pro members do this, as well as Pro and Premier members.

Currently it's only Premier Partners of SoundCloud who can upload monetize their tracks, which is what SoundCloud Go enables you to do. It is an invite only program right now, however we continue to add more and more artists, labels, and distributors. Here's more info.
